These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kozelot Vet ("the Service"), provided by Kozelot EOOD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Kozelot Vet is a cloud-based veterinary clinic management platform designed for licensed veterinary clinics and professionals. The Service includes patient and owner record management, ward management, appointment scheduling, staff management, and related features as described on our website.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Accounts are for professional and business use only. You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a legitimate veterinary business.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service is offered under subscription plans as described on the pricing page. After a free trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service; (e) share your account credentials with third parties outside your clinic.
5. Data and Patient Records
You retain ownership of all clinic and patient data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. We process your data as a data processor on your behalf, as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria. For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply.
